No, many of my clients haven't. The discovery call is built for exactly this: a low-stakes half-hour where we can see if working together feels right. No commitment, no hard sell.
Because most of what changes in coaching doesn't change inside the session. It changes in the days after. The retainer is built so that when something lands (or breaks loose, or confuses you) at 9pm on a Tuesday, you have somewhere to put it. That continuity is especially important for ADHD clients and anyone in a real transition.
Yes. Sessions happen over Zoom, and I work with clients across Europe and the US. Pricing is shown in both EUR and USD; you'll pay in whichever currency matches your account.
Start with a single session, or the three-month sprint. Both are good ways to work together without committing to the retainer model. Many clients start with a sprint and move into a retainer only once they've seen what the work actually feels like.
Usually not, and I wouldn't want to. What the discovery call gives you is the chance to feel how I work, ask real questions, and decide for yourself. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you, and I'll do my best to point you toward someone who is.
No. Therapy tends to focus on healing and the past; coaching focuses on the present and what you want to build from here. I'm not a clinician, and if what you're navigating is better served by a licensed therapist, I will tell you that on our first call.
Sessions are 60 minutes on Zoom. You set the agenda; I hold the space and bring the questions that help you see what you're circling around. For retainer clients, async contact between sessions is unlimited and welcome.
The discovery call is the best place to ask them. Thirty minutes, over Zoom, no charge.
