I worked in advertising, as a chef, and on the customer-service side of luxury real estate. Hospitality has been the through-line, but in and outside of every role, I kept coming back to the world of coaching, usually without realizing it at the time. Being part of several different industries taught me how to hold complexity, read people, and bring structure to the places where it's most needed.

I'm not an ex-C-suite executive or a clinician, and I'm not trying to be one. I'm a coach who has lived through a non-linear mind, a hard transition, and the slow collapse of a life that looked fine from the outside. I know the shape of those rooms from the inside, and I know how to be a steady presence in them with you.
