How I work

The time we spend together is only part of the work.

Continuity over cadence. Presence over prescription.

Most change doesn't happen in the session. It happens in between our sessions, when something shifts and you need a place to put it. That's why the way I work is built to stay connected outside of our meetings, not just on the calendar.

Presence over prescription

I don't lead with frameworks or five-step plans. I lead with listening, and with whatever question is actually pressing on you this week.

Compression over time

My clients tell me I help them reach realizations in a session that would have taken months elsewhere. That's the work I'm trained for.

Meeting you where you are

Whether you want to text, send voice notes, or email. there are many ways to connect. Our goal is to connect the way that is the most effective to you.

Every path counts

I believe every road you've already walked is part of what built you. The work isn't to erase it, it's to find the perspective that lets you see what it was for, and what it's pointing to next.

Who I work with

Three kinds of clients,
one common thread

The thread: you are capable, intelligent, and usually self-aware. You don't need more advice. You need a thinking partner who can hold the real question with you.

Primary focus

The ADHD mind

From distraction to direction.

You've been running on intelligence and intensity for a long time. The systems that work for everyone else don't work for you. Generic advice, like writing it down or making a list, skips past the real problem. You need a coach who understands that non-linear progress is still progress, and whose work is built around your rhythm, your strengths, and your own motivation.

Primary focus

The next chapter

When the old map stops working.

The children have moved out. The career you built is winding down. The life you spent decades shaping has delivered you somewhere you didn't expect. The question of who you are next is too big for a handful of conversations with someone rushing you toward an answer. I won't rush you. I'll walk with you.

Primary focus

The edge of burnout

A signal, not a productivity problem.

You're in year six, eight, ten of a career you no longer want, or you've just realized you can't keep moving at this pace. Burnout isn't fixed by better systems. It's a signal. My work is to help you slow down enough to hear what it's actually telling you, then design the next chapter from that quieter place.
